Dr Joy Bowles Chemistry Book

This is Dr Joy's classic text on the chemistry of aromatherapeutic oils, published in 2003 by Allen & Unwin, Sydney. In his foreword, Robert Tisserand says "We need more books that discuss the scientific literature. Any study of aromatherapy and essential oils is hollow, unless the basic chemistry is understood, and this text does an excellent job of imparting that knowledge.
