  • Soothe sore muscles and alleviate aches and pains while enjoying the calming and relaxing aromas of Vetiver.
  • Vetiver is also highly valued for its calming and relaxing effects on the mind.

Directions for Use

Adults only. For inhalation and topical use only.

FOR INHALATION USE:
Add 5-6 drops in a vaporiser and inhale
Apply 1-2 drops onto a tissue, hold near the nose and inhale Use up to 3 times per day.

FOR TOPICAL USE:
• Dilute 2 drops of oil with 5mL of carrier oil. Apply to the affected area.
3 times per day.
